Junior Section
South Staffs has a flourishing Junior Section with both boys and girls playing in the Junior Competitions. There are nine Junior Competitions including the Junior Open and juniors can also play in the main Club Competitions once they have achieved a CONGU Handicap.
The junior team consists of five players who play in the Midland Junior League against the other local clubs; Oxley Park, Penn, Perton Park, Enville and Himley Hall. The winners of the League go through to the Regional Final.
Our PGA Professional, Shaun Ball runs regular Saturday Junior Group coaching sessions on the driving range and putting green. The sessions are open to both beginners and more experienced players. Call 01902 751065 Option 2 for more details on junior coaching.

South Staffs Member Aaron Rai came joint 9th in the English Boys Under 16 Championship, The McGregor Trophy supported by FootJoy at South Moor Golf Club in County Durham. Aaron scored rounds of 75, 72, 71, 72 for a total of 290 (+2).
